For an error report, include the page address, the figure or sentence, and the source you compared it with. Errors are fixed and logged on the corrections page.
Press and reuse
Numbers, charts and the data files are free to use with a link back. The press kit has headline figures with sources, citation formats and downloadable images.
What we cannot do
We cannot look up your account, dispute a bill or tell you which plan to choose. For a bill dispute, contact your utility first and then your state commission; the regulators page lists them.
