    Protected customersCritical Care Residential Customers: no disconnection if it would make someone seriously ill or more ill, when the attending physician contacts the REP and sends a written statement and the customer enters a deferred payment plan; protection lasts 63 days from bill issuance or a shorter agreed period ((g)). Chronic Condition customers: 21 days' separate written notice ((h)).
